Terms of Use

Last updated: July 19, 2026

Please read the safety section. Everstead helps you keep track of maintenance. It is not a substitute for a qualified professional, and some of the work it reminds you about can be dangerous if done incorrectly.

These terms are an agreement between you and Trinity Tech Labs ("we", "us") covering your use of the Everstead app. By using Everstead, you agree to them.

Using Everstead

You need an account to use the app, and you must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it.

Don't use Everstead to break the law, to attempt to access other users' data, to interfere with or overload the service, or to reverse engineer it beyond what applicable law permits.

Maintenance guidance and safety

Everstead generates maintenance schedules from general intervals, and its AI assistant produces answers automatically. Both are provided for general informational purposes only.

You are responsible for decisions you make about your property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from maintenance work, from following or not following the app's guidance, or from equipment failure.

Your content

The records, photos, and notes you put into Everstead remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service — to store your content, display it back to you, back it up, and process it to provide features you use, such as generating schedules and answering your questions. We do not claim ownership and we do not sell it.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.

Subscriptions and billing

Everstead offers a free tier and a paid subscription, Everstead Pro. Pro is billed through your Apple Account.

Prices may change. We will give notice before a change affects your renewal, and you can cancel if you don't want to continue.

If your subscription ends, your data is not deleted, but access to paid features stops — for example, maintenance history older than 90 days becomes hidden again until you resubscribe.

Free tier and advertising

The free tier is supported by advertising and has limits on properties, assets, history, and AI assistant messages. These limits are described in the app and may change as the product develops. Subscribing to Pro removes ads and the limits.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend the service for maintenance. We aim to keep Everstead running reliably but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Everstead is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using Everstead and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or creates risk for the service or other users. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid subscription time where required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Everstead is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty-five US dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Apple

Everstead is licensed, not sold, to you for use on Apple devices. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for Everstead. Apple is not responsible for the app or any claims relating to it, though Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the changes are material we will update the date above and notify you in the app. Continuing to use Everstead after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
